Lonna Field

Lonna Field joined MCEE in March 2024 as an experienced administrator in nonprofit and higher education settings. She enjoys supporting mission-oriented programs and teams, with a special passion for education and equity-related work. Lonna earned a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Augsburg University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics from Wartburg College, and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). In her free time, you can often find Lonna organizing or volunteering at community events (particularly with youth!), making music with the Capri Big Band, playing in various volleyball leagues, or spending time with family and friends.
