Brad Hutter

Brad Hutter is a commercial litigator at the law firm of Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. He represents clients in a wide variety of business disputes as well as administrative matters involving government agencies. Before joining FMJ, he was an Assistant Attorney General in the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. Brad is passionate about ensuring that Minnesota's young people receive the economics and personal finance education they need to become informed voters and productive citizens.

Brad has served on MCEE's Board of Directors since 2020.
